REG Property Management, Inc. offers many services to best fit your Homeowners Association needs. We currently manage 29 associations totaling over 1,000 units. We
are a member of CAI (California Association Institute) & ECHO (Executive Counsel for Homeowners). This in turn keeps us updated with the current issues at
hand and everyday changes to the homeowners laws and rights. Our services include:
- Collection of monthly dues and assessments
- Provide monthly statements of financial transactions, including cash flow statements, balance sheets, transaction registers & bank reconciliations
- Establish and maintain operating and reserve accounts
- Payment of association monthly expenses
- Attend all meetings of the membership & board of directors
- Preparation of mailings and meeting notices
- Assess late fees & mail monthly statements sent to delinquent homeowners
- Assist and prepare the annual budget
- Supervise maintenance for all common areas
